Hunter Faris

Hunter Faris is a hardworking installer at Viking Air. He takes pride in delivering comfort and quality work. Before taking on the HVAC industry, Hunter gained valuable knowledge working with a local insulation contractor. Hunter is originally from Seminole, FL and continues to reside in the area. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his daughter, surfing, fishing, and watching baseball.

Omar Suhweil

Omar Suhweil is from Chicago, but has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 10 plus years. Having earned his EPA certification, when it comes to air conditioning, he enjoys making people comfortable and happy. Overall, folks love Omar’s friendly demeanor and his ability to explain the preventative maintenance process. As a fun fact, and perhaps as a credit to his Chicago roots, Omar can eat a whole pizza by himself.

Dan Eaton

Dan Eaton has passion. As a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps Infantry, Dan channels his skills and experience into problem solving and providing exceptional customer service. Having worked in the HVAC industry for 15 years, Dan has experience working on various equipment: Trane, Carrier, Mitsubishi, Bryant, American Standard, you name it. Outside of work, Dan is the ultimate family man as a dad of three kids, and even has his own YouTube channel, which shows his love of family and fun. Check them out at @alexaandhailey

Nicholos Vaporis

Nicholos “Nick” Vaporis was born and raised in Tampa Bay and currently resides in the area with his wife, Victoria, and two sons. Nick has well over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry and even has his EPA Type II Certification along with Trane Certification for high-end systems, such as Variable Speed Units and Inverter Systems. Nick enjoys fixing the problem and has even been featured on the local news for the caliber of his work (see link below). Nick describes himself as a family man and man of faith, and is an avid sports fan cheering on the Bucs and Rays and even playing men’s softball. We are lucky to have him as part of our team.

Justin Weathington
Justin Weathington is a puzzle master and enjoys the challenge of putting the pieces together when it comes to air conditioning systems. Justin is Viking Air’s Lead Installer and has been working in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. He hails from Greenville, NC where he obtained valuable experience with metal ductwork, his EPA certification and associates degree. We are happy to have Justin as part of the team.
Robert Kovacs
Robert “Bobby” Kovacs moved down to sunny Florida from Bronx, New York after earning his associate’s degree from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. He also has his EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and is a designated Dynamic AQS Indoor Air Quality Expert. Bobby enjoys problem solving when it comes to HVAC issues and is the epitome of a team player. His dedication and work ethic shine through in his work, but also his Black Belt in Taekwondo, which he received after 10 years of training. When he’s not diagnosing and servicing A/C equipment, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the gym, and working on cars.
Luke VandenBerg
Luke VandenBerg hails from the small town of Pipestone, Minnesota, though he has acclimated to Florida’s warm winters over the last 2+ decades. Luke earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and relocated to the Tampa Bay area shortly after graduating. He worked for several of the larger “big box” HVAC companies before starting Viking Air in 2015. He knew he wanted to create a company with a more personalized approach and family culture. When he isn’t troubleshooting air conditioners you can find him cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Florida Gators or spending time with his daughters, and visiting family back in Pipestone and Mora, MN.
Angie VandenBerg
Angie VandenBerg was born in the small town of Krasnik, Poland, but grew up in Florida. Angie earned her Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Out of school Angie worked for a Tampa Bay based general contractor gaining valuable experience of residential custom builds, parks and recreation public projects, and tenant improvements and buildouts. She enjoys working alongside Luke to ensure that Viking Air is delivering top notch customer service. Outside of the office Angie enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and chasing after her daughters.
Katie Smith
Katie Smith is originally from Sycamore, Illinois and moved to Pinellas County during the summer of 2023 and shortly after joined Viking Air. Katie is at the center of it all and assists Viking Air’s clients by fielding questions and tracking down equipment (sometimes across the country), managing vendors, scheduling and dispatching our crews to make sure no one is without air for too long. When she’s not working as the office rockstar, you can find Katie on her paddleboard, cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks and Bears, and spending time with her fur babies: Chester, Munchkin, and Moose.
